Why I Miss Colorado

In my last few posts you've seen some of the beautiful surroundings here in Washoe Valley, Nevada and there is lot's more to be found, after all this is in the middle of the Sierra Mountains!  Then there is the Rocky Mountains. and the iconic Flatirons. I live just East of Boulder which is at the base of the Flatirons and I have a beautiful scenic drive to work. Sometimes I just want to keep driving so I can enjoy the beautiful landscape, and you can be sure that I always have my camera with me.  Here are just a few photos that I have taken near my home in the Town of Erie. I am looking forward to taking my camera for a drive when I get back to Colorado! I am certainly looking forward to seeing all my friends. I miss you all so very much! Yes, I voted for President Obama and I am proud to say so! That last picture is of my front yard during the last election.
